1. Our service

KLEEVA collects garments and household fabrics from your address, processes them at our facility and returns them to you. Service is available within our published coverage area in Greater Noida West. If your address falls outside it, we will say so before accepting an order.

2. Pricing and billing

Rates are published on our services page. Any figure quoted before collection is an estimate, because the final amount depends on the actual weight or piece count.

Prices are subject to change; the rate that applies is the one published on the day of collection. Applicable taxes are charged as required.

3. Turnaround

Turnaround times shown are the standard for each service under normal conditions. Delivery timing may be affected by weather, festivals, power supply, or the requirements of a particular garment.

Where a garment needs additional treatment to be returned in good condition, we would rather take an extra day and tell you than return it unfinished.

4. Your responsibilities

Before handing over garments, please:

• Empty all pockets — we are not responsible for items left inside garments
• Tell us about stains, damage, delicate fabrics or anything requiring particular care
• Point out garments of high sentimental or monetary value so they can be handled accordingly
• Ensure someone is available at the address during the agreed collection and delivery window

5. Garments we may decline

We may decline an item where correct processing is not possible without unacceptable risk — for example a fabric that cannot survive the required treatment, or a garment already weakened by wear or previous damage. Where we decline, we will explain why and return the item unprocessed.

6. Uncollected garments

Where delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, we will re-attempt at no additional charge and contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Garments that remain uncollected for an extended period despite repeated attempts to reach you may be subject to storage arrangements. We will always attempt to contact you before taking any such step.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care of every item entrusted to us. Where an item is lost or damaged through our handling, our liability is limited as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Payment

Payment is due on delivery unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, UPI and online payment methods as offered at the time of collection.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
