Pickup details recorded
The customer, selected service, pickup information and requested turnaround are recorded when the order is received.
Why KLEEVA
KLEEVA is being built to make garment care easier to understand—from doorstep handover to inspection, processing, finishing and return.
The care flow
A strong laundry service is not only a washing machine. It is a chain of handovers and decisions that should remain clear throughout the order.
The customer, selected service, pickup information and requested turnaround are recorded when the order is received.
The order is linked to its handling flow so it can move through the hub without relying on memory or loose verbal instructions.
Visible stains, colour, fabric, care labels, pockets and obvious defects guide sorting and the next processing decision.
Laundry, steam ironing, dry cleaning and specialty items should follow the process intended for that service and material.
Items are finished according to the selected service, checked and packed for return rather than left as loose processed garments.
The completed order is returned with its payment status, and customers have a clear route to report a service issue.
What should feel different
The word “premium” matters only when customers can see it in handling, communication, finishing and service recovery.
The service, turnaround and order details should be agreed before the clothes disappear from the customer’s view.
A care label, construction detail or stain risk should influence the process instead of every item being treated identically.
Maximum stain removal and maximum fabric protection are not always the same objective. Risk should be discussed before aggressive treatment.
Correct ironing, folding or hanging, lint attention and protective packing are part of the result customers actually experience.
Customers need meaningful pickup, delay, issue and delivery information—not a stream of messages that adds no clarity.
If cleaning is unsatisfactory or an order is delayed, the customer should know how to report it and what the next response will be.

Care without false certainty
No responsible garment-care company can honestly guarantee that every stain will disappear or that every material has zero processing risk. KLEEVA should instead inspect, explain material risks, seek approval when the process or price changes, and respond properly when the result is not acceptable.
Do not use a stronger treatment automatically when it may harm colour, trims or fabric.
A changed service, charge or turnaround should be confirmed with the customer first.
Customers should have a direct contact route for re-cleaning, delay or condition concerns.
Common questions
No. KLEEVA accepts any order value. If the service value is below ₹399, a ₹79 pickup-and-delivery charge applies.
The 3 kg minimum is only the minimum billable weight for per-kilogram laundry. It is separate from the “no minimum order value” rule.
No responsible cleaner can promise that. Stain removal depends on the stain, fabric, colour, age and previous treatment. Fabric protection may require stopping before the most aggressive option.
No. The 90-minute express option is only for Steam Iron Only orders in eligible slots. Laundry turnaround options are separate.
KLEEVA should explain the reason, any price or turnaround change, and seek your approval before proceeding with the changed scope.
Call or WhatsApp KLEEVA with the order details and a clear description or photo of the concern so the team can review the next step.
Ask before pickup if the item is valuable, delicate, embellished or already damaged.
